2nd Annual National ICT Convention

02/24/2005 (AITEC) -- AITEC Kenya in collaboration with Kenya ICT Federation will host the second annual Kenya National ICT Convention on 8-9 March 2005 at Safari Park Hotel Nairobi. The theme of this years convention will be "Preparing and Readying for the Final National ICT Policy: The Challenges".

The conference comes at a time when the government through the Ministry of Information and Communication is requesting all ICT stakeholders for their input to the draft national ICT Policy before 10th March 2005.

The Conference will bring together all Industry stakeholders from the Private Sector, NGOs, Government, Civil Society and other Interest Groups to discuss the possible enactment of the ICT Policy and also look at the current environment and developments in the Industry. About 450 delegates are expected the two-day Conference.

It is our believe that your contribution and support to this crucial event will facilitate the enactment of the ICT policy.
